Frequently asked questions

1.What are the benefits of using the LITTLE BIRD parent portal?

With LITTLE BIRD you can inquire about childcare places with childcare providers of your choice, even several at the same time. It doesn‘t matter whether the desired providers currently have free capacity. All you need to do is register once and log in to the parent portal.

LITTLE BIRD can be used at any time and from the comfort of your own home, computer, smartphone or tablet. It minimises your time expenditure and saves you time-consuming paperwork. Of course, you still have the option of submitting care requests on site with the respective childcare providers.

The places are allocated by the providers themselves. We have limited the number of possible childcare requests to three facilities. LITTLE BIRD GmbH has no influence on the allocation of places and the permitted number of childcare requests.

2. Is there a contact person for any questions?

Stadt Kempten (Allgäu), Amt für Kindertagesstätten, Schulen und Sport,

Rathausplatz 22, 87435 Kempten (Allgäu)
